The Hudson

 

This visit (2017) was my first time dinning at The Hudson.  it is located behind a strip of stores, really like the second level but access from a rear parking lot.  They have a modern design with a large square bar, indoor seating and one of the best views for dinning in Sedona on their outdoor deck.  They have a full menu available at the bar so sat their on my first visit.  I notice they had one of my favorite beers on the menu, Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier, so I was already happy.

I was hungry so ordered a bowl of they corn chowder.  It was so good I ordered it each of the three times I at here this trip. For the main course, I ordered the BBQ Braised Pork Tacos which has pepper jack cheese, vinaigrette slaw, avocado-tomato salsa and topped with a lime cream.  It was so good I also had this my next visit!

Portions are very big so I wasn’t able to try desert here.  The Hudson is my new favorite restaurant in Sedona.  Important to note that although they close at 9pm, as long as you are seating before 9pm they will take you order!
