Located in the Fraser Hotel, the restaurant is on the roof, 32 floors above Sukhumvit Soi 11, hence the name.  There is good signage to find the entrance. The access elevator is not from the lobby of the hotel, rather it is behind the hotel which seems to be more of a service elevator.
The restaurant is two levels. The first level has an exposed deck with an interior bar and dance floor. The second level is the actual roof top that also has a small bar and seating for dinner along a glass partition rail. This is where I ate. The table is right on the edge so you are looking out over Bangkok and down 32 floors. Very nice!

They have an extensive drink menu. Something caught my eye that I had never heard of before. It was a Peruvian style beer which is beer with lime juice, salt and pepper. So I tried it with regret. There was too much lime juice and too much salt. The pepper gave a nice interesting kick. Never again for me.

I decided to order several appetizers and eat tapas style. I ordered the Tuna Tartar which is diced tuna seasoned with sesame sauce, cilantro and chili pepper with crispy wonton.  Next was Gyosa, 6 fried pork dumplings and last was a spicy tuna roll. The pork dumplings were very good but a bit salty. The tuna roll was fresh and tasty but nothing really outstanding. The Tuna Tartar can only be described with one word. Salt! It was seasoned so much with salt it was inedible. Unfortunate because it really looked great.

Bottom line, nice place to go after dinner for the view. I may try a main course but there’s a lot of options in Bangkok.
